Although my main focus and source of income is from CPA Firm services (CLICK LINK) I only provide these services because it has always been something I am VERY passionate about for 38+ years as well as the feeling I gain from having helped someone. Just like Jenny Craig whenever someone has used their service and achieved their goals their whole demeanor, confidence and attitude on life has changed for the better 100% of the time !

Personal Training and Fitness Consulting:

  • $150 I write the same program I have used since 2011 to get or stay in shape explain go over it with you (includes training split, diet and how to eat, list of safe foods to eat, etc.) tailored just for you and what you want.
  • $50 per session you follow me through each of the 4 body part splits (you can quit if you need to, must be descent cardio level, only available to those I feel can make it and are motivated). $120 if purchase 4 at the time after we have gone through a couple of sessions and verified you can keep up.

I have been doing it since 1982 and am still in the top 10% shape lean healthy cardiovascular any gym in the valley even though I am now older than the average age (in my 50’s) in today’s gyms. I train 60 to 90 minutes everyday whether cardio or cardio with weights. My only goal today is anti-aging lean and longevity and therefore the way I train is the best there is to get or stay in shape without getting injured.

This is without a doubt a better deal than most any personal trainer in the valley because it is hands on watching and following my perfect form developed from 38 years experience (I correct when needed) than hiring the young corporate personal trainer with a certificate but no real experience and many times not in shape themselves and certainly not in the shape I have been for over 38 years.

My qualifications: I have lived the healthy fitness lifestyle for over 35 years now. I was a competitive Body Builder from 1985-1989 retiring from competition about the same time as graduation ASU in order to pursue my career in Accounting. By the time of my retirement from competition I had won or placed in the following State and National competitions and was on the 1989 “Video Action” version of the top 13 up and coming Heavyweight Amateur Body Builders in the country for that year in the country.

I only competed 6 times and here are the complete results.

  • 1985 Arizona Gold Cup 7th Place Heavyweight Division
  • 1986 Mr Phoenix 1st Place Heavyweight Division
  • 1987 Mr Arizona 3rd Place Heavyweight Division
  • 1988 Mr Arizona 1st Place Heavyweight Division and Overall Winner
  • 1989 Collegiate Nationals (Union City New Jersey) 1st Place Heavyweight Division
  • 1989 Jr Nationals (Memphis Tennessee) 7th Place Heavyweight Division (Over 50 competitors all State Champions)

Sports therapy and rehab:

I have managed to maintain my physique since retirement form competition despite a very busy work schedule and social life. I have a strong belief in the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and making your health a priority of some sort especially in the later years. I am also adept and experienced at rehab and training around injuries as well. I have had “Complete Shoulder Replacement” on both shoulders and rehabbed severely ripped ligaments in my right ankle after winning Mr. Phoenix but before winning Mr. Arizona. Below are before / after photo grid of each. I live the healthy lifestyle day in and day out both exercise and kitchen.  Because I get asked questions all the time this page and service’s were created. The way I approach this is charging a $100 fee for meeting once a week at the gym putting you through the things I did and discussing your progress as long as you feel you still want and or need my assistance.

At Home Fitness Routine (limited equipment)

$150 consulting fee. We meet and devise a 60 minute per day routine created specifically for you that I was forced to create and perfect for myself during the Covid-19 gym and mask closures of 2020. I was able to maintain muscle and stay in just as strict cardio endurance and weighed 212 with BP 126 / 73 after 10 weeks of no gym access just home routine only. Also includes consulting on how to eat and a diet plan. We can also add $50 per week meet and go over, add, edit WHATEVER it takes to reach OUR goals !

$400 Final week contest preparation – I write, explain, map out and answer your questions day by day 7 days out leading up to the contest day and time. I will have you use the exact same method I used successfully to reach optimum peak condition while also ridding the body of any final hard to get adipose tissue in the hard to get places. The process I used and have written for others since then is a 2 step process involving

  1. Phase one carbohydrate deletion sodium loading high volume training and
  2. Phase two carbohydrate loading and zero sodium with potassium and amino acid supplementation for the final 72 hours

Another example of what my methods, direction and coaching produced :

An exp pro football player who had trained in some form his whole life but decided to compete in his first Body Building Contest. We became good friends (still are today and at 48 looks better today) and he asked me and trusted me to do his first competition diet, especially the last week. I wrote him the same carbohydrate depletion sodium loading followed by a 72 hour period of carbohydrate loading with ZERO sodium. RESULTS he won.

I created the following exercise / personal training video which was produced at the end of my Body Building competition phase as I was transitioning into my career in Accounting.  I designed it specifically to maintain my physique while having a busy work schedule with only 4-5 hour’s per week of a Time Investment for the Busy Professional but it will work for anyone.  I am in same shape as those days except smaller using this method (easily outlined in the over 1 hour instructional video and 21 page PDF informational manual) in my early 50’s. I have a letter from Jane Fonda’s company of her extreme interest in the idea back then.
